want to measure and is a challenge in itself. He says he needs a
realistic view of how many people visit the site, how long they will
stay at the site, which page they stay at and what are the bounce
rates. When it comes to performance matrix, Quikr looks at measuring
up the user experience internally as good as taking the internal

as a travel market place where they have to manage the travel agents

Efficiency and effectiveness is a challenge in itself. The other
challenge is the performance of the application at different
locations, browser, devise and the type of user. Irrespective of any
change in the environment the application has to perform seamlessly.
In addition, he said that the key challenge is also to maintain the
application performance through the internal measures taken to meet
the expectations of the performance matrix. He added that the

according to Karthik, it is a very vague statement to make. The
industry now needs the right benchmarking comparison study and tool to

defined in ebay, starting from network, application, business and user
